This file contains a Reference Guide to the flora of the Rica Erickson Nature Reserve located north-east of Bindoon, about 100 kilometres from Perth, WA. The reserve is named after local naturalist, artist, historian, author and teacher Rica Erickson who, in 1980, was awarded an honorary degree of Doctor of Letters for her work in the fields of Literature and Botany, and in the same year was made WA Citizen of the Year for outstanding service to the Arts, Culture and Entertainment. She became a Member of the Order of Australia in 1987 for her services to the Arts particularly as an author and illustrator.
Please note that this reference guide an ongoing project where species are added ​on a regular basis. The file can be viewed online or saved to your computer, tablet or smart phone.
